Returns Policy

1. General Conditions

At Camping Terra Alta we strive to offer the best experience to our customers. If for any reason you need to request a refund, please read our refund policy carefully.

2. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellations made at least 15 days before the arrival date will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the arrival date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance will not be refundable.
  • In case of no-show on the day of the reservation, no refund will be made.

3. Reservation Modifications

  • Date modifications are allowed at least 7 days in advance, subject to availability.
  • If the change involves a higher rate, the customer will have to pay the difference.
  • No changes will be accepted within 7 days prior to arrival.

4. Refunds due to Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure (serious illness, natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), a partial or full refund may be requested, presenting the relevant documentation.

5. Refund Procedure

  • To request a refund, send an email to info@campingterraalta.com with the details of your reservation.
  • Refund processing may take between 7 and 14 business days.
  • Refunds will be made through the same payment method used for the reservation.
